Questions clubs ask us
Do players need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link in any phone browser, pick their name and follow the event live. Scorekeepers enter results from the event’s scorekeeper link, without logging in.
Does it replace our booking system?
It runs alongside it. Courts stay booked the way they are today, and your tournaments and events run on The Padel Organizer.
Does it run under our brand?
With white-label, yes. Every page players open runs on your domain with your logo, colours and fonts, with a small Powered by line in the footer. Your club gets its own database and logins, hosted in Frankfurt under Swiss DSG.
What does it cost?
The pilot is free. After that, pricing is monthly per location, with a lower rate per location for larger groups, and we quote from your setup.
