1. Overview
This website is an informational presentation of The Padel Organizer, a tournament platform for padel clubs operated by Viewspoke, a brand of SANC AG. The site itself does not host the product. Its only data collection point is the demo request form. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have.
We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. What the demo request form collects
When you submit the demo request form, we collect only the data you enter yourself. Depending on the fields you fill in, this can include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your club or company name, if provided
- Any message or details you choose to add about your setup
We ask only for what we need to respond to your request. Fields that are not required can be left empty.
4. Why we use this data and the legal basis
We use the form data solely to read your request, reply to you, and arrange a demo or follow-up conversation. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
- Responding to your request: processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; the corresponding grounds under the FADP).
- Any optional information you add: processed on the basis of your voluntary submission.
5. How the form is sent (AWS SES as processor)
The form does not write to a database on this site. When you submit it, the contents are delivered to us by email using Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc. and its affiliates (AWS). AWS acts as our processor for this email delivery and processes the data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
Depending on the AWS region used for sending, your data may be transferred to or processed in countries outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, including the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the equivalent Swiss provisions.
6. Retention
We keep your request and our correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal retention obligations. When the data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
7. Analytics and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, third party analytics, or cross site tracking. We do not build profiles of visitors. The site stores a small preference in your browser to remember your chosen language; this is local to your device and is not used to identify you.
8. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on cloud infrastructure. As is standard for any web server, technical access data such as your IP address and the request your browser made can be processed transiently to deliver the page and keep the service secure. This is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask whether we process data about you and request access to it
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive certain data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email info@the-padel-organizer.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
